Ideas: My head is full of ‘em

Yes, yes, yes I know I am still getting ahead of myself. I’m counting my chickens before they have hatched or whatever, but now that the thought of getting this house is in my head I/we can’t stop thinking about it. No, we don’t know if the house will be ours yet, but it doesn’t hurt to get some ideas, right?

And the ideas are starting to roll in.

Idea 1: Just a thought – what if we turned the room that is supposed to be the living room into the master bedroom instead and then turned the master bedroom into the living room? Why?

• for one the “bedroom” used to have an entry door in it. It’s actually still there, you can see if from the inside. It’s just been sided over on the outside so it probably would not be hard to side over what is the front door now and make that one that is covered the new front door.
• If we did make the “living room” the bedroom we could then make that small bedroom off the hallway into a master bathroom that also has hallway access
• The wall between the “living room” and the smallest bedroom is not a load bearing wall so we could rip it out with no problem.

just an idea Ryan had tonight. I figure why not blog about it?
